We want to make you feel comfortable and like at your own home. We love travelling and sharing road trip experiences. We are happy to help out with any queries, just let us know how can we assist. We can give you good tips about how to get around in Brisbane + suggest some of the most touristic destinations (National Parks, Beaches, Islands, etc). There are plenty of nice restaurants, coffee shops and Shopping Centres at less than a 10 mins drive. Places of interest: Caloundra Beach: 1 hour drive Bribie Island: 45 mins drive Noosa/Sunshine: 1 hour 30 mins Gold Coast: 1 hour 20 mins drive Moreton and North Stradbroke Island (ferry trip from Brisbane) * Probably the best option to get around is having a car. Public transport is limited. * Street parking available and visible from the house. Safe suburb. * Only 6 mins drive to Mitchelton Train Station (18 mins ride to CBD) with parking facilities. * Bus stop (no. 360) (over an hour ride to the CBD) is 10 mins walk. * 20 mins drive to/from Brisbane International and Domestic Airport. We will do our best to make you feel comfortable just like home. Please check carefully our CANCELLATION POLICY as no refunds are to be made for errors. We spent a lot of time outside from our jobs for check in preparations. So please be mindful of this. LAUDRY SERVICE AVAILABLE for bookings over a week. Otherwise we charge a $5 fee per washing CLEANING FEE: A cleaning fee of $40 will be charged for bookings over a week as we normally clean bathrooms (including the shower), rooms and common areas on the weekend. PARKING: Please do not park in our driveway as we regularly move our cars. You can park on the grass area on our property. Parking is free..
