The pool has a great south orientation and sunny all day, with shade from the various trees around it. It has great privacy too. It's breathtaking views makes it an exceptional plot of land. You can take a walk to the lake or just relax at the porch with a glass of wine and enjoy the amazing views to the pool and the city. All 3800 meters are accessible for gustes ! We are available for any inquiry at all times It’s big and quite roads alow you to take a wonderful walk down the lake or up the mountain!
