To that effect, we provide: - AC in all rooms and living room, Wi-Fi - Geysers, towels, toiletries - Secured parking spaces BEDROOMS - There are 3 bedrooms - 1 on the ground floor, 2 on the first floor. - All rooms offer king-sized beds and AC. - 2 rooms are equipped with an attached balcony and attached bathroom. BATHROOMS - There are 3 bathrooms in the villa - 2 attached, 1 common. - All bathrooms have geysers, towels and basic toiletries. COMMON AREAS - The living room is on the ground floor and offers seating for up to 9 people. It offers AC, Wi-Fi access and an indoor dining table. - Lounge Room is on the 1st floor. It offers seating upto 8 people including 2 high chairs and a bar counter. Cladded in locally sourced rustic wood and 3 side windows over looking the private garden, the lounge has a very warm and cozy feel. - The villa has 2 beautiful outdoor areas. One is the back yard, which has an 8 seater dining table. The other is the front porch, which connects to the back yard from the side. The whole front porch and back yard are connected and in-total more than 1200 sqft of private garden for guests. There is also a foldable tent in the villa (fits 3 adults) that can be easily set up in the private garden for a camping experience. On request, the care taker will set up the tent with comfortable mattress in it for you to enjoy the out doors. - A foldable baby pool also available in the villa for kids. KITCHEN - Guests may use the kitchen for reheating purposes but not for cooking. - It is equipped with a microwave, gas stove, oven, refrigerator, water purifier, toaster and a mixer-grinder. - Crockery and cutlery are available. THE GATED COMMUNITY SHARED SPACES The Gated community is spread over 8 acres and makes it a safe place for children to cycle and play in the common areas and gardens. We recommend you bring your own cycles. There is also a club house in the center that has the below amenities - Indoor swimming pool (Currently Shut due to Covid Protocols) - Table Tennis - A canteen with A La Cart menu, that also delivers to the villa. - A big center garden - A netted space for games like cricket, Badminton etc A morning walk and evening cycling is not to be missed. We recommend you bring your own cycles. There is ample space in the front porch to accommodate your cycles. The guests have access to the entire villa and the private garden. The clubhouse and its amenities are shared with the other villas in the gated community. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, club house swimming pool is closed. There is ample parking. Great family and kids friendly Neighbourhood 15 mins away from the main Lonavala market, makes it easily accessible, yet enough away from the hustle and bustle of the town. Food arrangements: Caretaker can cook simple & delicious Indian meals for you at an additional charge of 1000 per person per day, that includes breakfast, lunch, evening snacks and dinner. You can also customise by taking just breakfast and lunch. Customise the way it suits you and ask for a qoute. This needs to be confirmed 2 days prior to your check-in and paid in advance. We recommend you take this food package, that way food is sorted and you can enjoy the time with family and friends without worrying about food arrangements. Please do check out the menu in the pictures. It will help in making this decision. Alternatively, if you want to cook, there is induction cooktop and microwave for cooking and heating. However, the gas stove is not accessible for guests due to safety reasons. Non veg cooking is not allowed in the kitchen, but you can certainly order from restaurants and re-heat and eat in the villa. Caretaker visit timing 10 am to 2 pm 5 pm to 8 pm ------- Also there is a canteen in the club house that also provides simple & delicious Indian vegetarian meals , a la carte. The canteen will deliver food to the villa like order-in service. Canteen bills is to be settled by you directly. Caretaker will connect you to the canteen. ** Canteen service is subject to availability ** Alternatively you can also order in from restaurants like Ramakrishna, German Bakery, Picadore-Picaddle, Sunny Dhabha, Mc Donalds, Dominos etc. Being centrally located almost all restaurants deliver to the property.
