Professionally cleaned & high quality linen supplied. This end of Victorian terrace house, sits on a side of a steep hill on border of Camden and Larkhall. Due to its location, it enjoys superb views over city of Bath and countryside beyond. There is a private allocated parking space for one car in front of the house. You can also relax in the garden, it comes with secluded seating space - very private. The entrance is through a hallway leading into a large open space living area. There is a big sofa in front of a working fireplace, a dining table for 6 where you can entertain your guests, a Smart TV and even a piano! Kitchen is bright and modern, highest quality appliances include dishwasher, hob, oven, coffee machine. There is a separate utility room with wash machine and tumble dryer, as well as downstairs toilet. Upstairs you will find two double bedrooms, plenty of storage space and a family bathroom with free-standing bath and walk-in shower. Beds have comfortable mattresses and quality bed linen + towels are supplied. I'm available 24/7 to reach over phone and in person should this be required. House is located on border of Camden with some of the best views in the city and charming Larkhall which is a laid-back residential district with a bohemian spirit. Quirky gift shops, bookstores, and indie food shops cluster around lively St. Saviour’s Road. The Rondo Theatre, a long-running community venue, stages plays and musicals, and hosts popular comedians. Leafy Alice Park is a hub for families, with play equipment and a cafe, plus a peaceful community garden of fruit and veg beds. The house is walking distance from Camden Crescent, one of 7 crescents in Bath.
