Due to its location, it enjoys superb views over city of Bath and countryside beyond. There is a private allocated parking space for one car in front of the house. You can also relax in the garden, it comes with secluded seating space - very private. The entrance is through a hallway leading into a large open space living area. There is a big sofa in front of a working fireplace, a dining table for 6 where you can entertain your guests, a Smart TV and even a piano! Kitchen is bright and modern, highest quality appliances include dishwasher, hob, oven, coffee machine. There is a separate utility room with wash machine and tumble dryer, as well as downstairs toilet. Upstairs you will find two double bedrooms, plenty of storage space and a family bathroom with free-standing bath and walk-in shower.
