Welcome to 78 Bulgonia (approx 8km off the M1 at Morisset travelling north from Syd). The view is expansive and captivating. The main house (2 bdr) is accessed down a private driveway wholly on the property which opens to paved and free off road parking. The 3rd bedroom is a fully self contained unit a few steps from the main house perfect for a couple wanting privacy yet wanting to be a part of the travelling group. The back deck impresses with a spectacular 180 degree view. The property is a stunning waterfront reserve with direct access to the lake for water sports including kayaking .. Our guests have access to the parking area and the house which is direct access to the water. We like to ensure your stay is comfortable. We are available to you as much or as little as you require (subject to our work commitments). 1 hour and 15 minutes drive on the M1 north of Sydney makes this holiday home the perfect getaway from Sydney. This property is only 8km off Mandalong Road exit. The area is enjoying enormous growth in holiday attractions including the beautiful Trinity Point marina which is directly opposite the property and about a five minute drive. Enjoy 5 star dining at ‘8 at Trinity’ overlooking the marina. It is a favourite of ours and will be yours as well. Bookings are essential to avoid disappointment (especially on weekends). Local shopping centre at Bonnells Bay has Coles and lots of amenities including a bottle shop and a Salvos Op Shop. Morisset shopping precinct is a hub of shopping activity with restaurants and an abundance of shopping choices. The industrial area is immediately off the freeway and services any requirements you might have such as a Bunnings and two other Op Shops. The Brightwaters peninsula is a hidden gem. The area is services by the Bonnells Bay shopping centre which is 2.2km from 78 Bulgonia Road. A new walking track close by has been built by Lake Macquarie Council and is a wonderful morning walk from the house to the local cafe, a walk which many locals are now enjoying. The closest major town centre, Morisset now hosts numerous Op shops for the lover of bargain shopping, has wonderful eateries and restaurants for dining opportunities. The area buzzes with recreational sport opportunities including fishing, hoverboarding, kayaking, boating and so on. Public boat ramp is a few minutes away. Its hard to know what to do first! The property has two self contained cabins which may have other guests however we will inform you of this. In any event, they will not have access to the fully self contained house..
