Enjoy a luxury stay in surrounded by peaceful rural bliss. Well suited for a couples’ getaway and family break alike. Decorated and furnished to a very high standard. Underfloor heating throughout. Open plan kitchen living area with all cooking facilities you could wish for, feature log burner for cosy nights in, use of large outdoor swim spa/hot tub, two king sized bedrooms and a modern high spec bathroom. Private parking onsite and a warm welcome, resident peacock, local eggs, spring lambs. Large grounds one acre, gravel parking on gated secure driveway, own full kitchen, living room, bedrooms and bathroom. Own private seating area outside for breakfast on the terrace in summer. Use of swim spa/hot tub in the grounds of the main house next to the holiday cottage. Always available by phone, will meet and greet where possible but otherwise key will be left as per check in instructions. Happy to have as much interaction or as little as you would like. Near Ormskirk/Edge Hill Uni, handy for local walks, day trips and travel to Liverpool or Manchester. Please note that the hot tub is occasionally closed for draining/cleaning/maintenance and somewhat overlooked by the main house therefore whilst you can have sole use for your stay if specifically requested it is not completely 'private'. Please note also that the second bedroom is a mezzanine bedroom with limited head height and accessed by a spiral staircase therefore is not suitable for infants or the elderly.
