Here is some information about the parking. • To access the car spaces in the building, you will need a swipe card to enter the car park. But you won’t need it to exit. The entrance of the car park is on the western side of the building, via Canning street. The maximum height is 2.2 meters. • A dedicated car parking space is located on L1 level of the building. You will need to drive three levels up after entering the garage door. (Enter at P2 level, then drive up to P1, G, L1 level). The car space is on your right hand, next to the ramp linked to L2. • The visitor parking area is located on P2 level of the building (first level after you enter the garage door). • Many free street parking spaces are available on Carter Street and Canning Street as well. But please celebrate your special days here with the permitted number of guests, in a graceful and enjoyable way. ***Since we had some guests holding a party in our apartment recently, we received a warning from the building manager. Therefore, unfortunately, we have to set up some policies for the guests who break this rule. If we receive any complaints from the neighbours or the building manager during the stay, we will request the guests to vacate the property immediately and report it to Airbnb. The guests will be not allowed to stay for the rest of the reservation. Hope you understand this is the best way to keep us in the business and enable us to provide better service to quality customers. Thanks*** - Early check-in or late check-out are available at an extra cost of $10 per hour, subject to the room availability. Please request at the time of booking. - There is a charge of $50 per hour for unscheduled delay of checking out, since the cleaners have been booked in advance and need to be paid even during the waiting time. - For security reasons, an extra $500 damage deposit will be required for the guests who don’t have any Airbnb reviews in their profile. The deposit will be fully refunded on the date of departure, subject to the inspection of the apartment.
