Cosy and fully airconditioned, the Reefside Retreat offers a spacious bathroom/laundry, a functional self-contained kitchen and a bedroom fitted with queen bed. Dine inside or on the cool shaded deck overlooking the seashore. All linen is provided! You'll love the large deck with dining table and BBQ. Kayaks are stored below the deck and available for a paddle out amongst the beautiful inshore reefs and islands. Tea, coffee, milk, juice and pancake mix is offered to all guests! No matter the length of stay. We have very reliable WiFi at the pad and a Smart TV in the bedroom also gives guests access to Foxtel and Netflix! Great for those chillaxed kind of days! Large double carport offers plenty of room for your car and even your boat :) Always available for assistance throughout your stay. Only a phone call away! Popular Hideaway Bay is a peaceful community nestled 5 minutes north of Whitsundays' Dingo Beach and 35 minutes to the facilities/entertainment of Airlie Beach. 5 minutes to two fantastic restaurants, Monties and Cape Gloucester Resort, offering beachside dining. Just perfect for a few afternoon/evening bevies watching the spectacular sunset. Snorkelling and fishing is very popular all year round. Walk and explore the large patch of close inshore reef. There is no public transportation in Hideaway Bay but a courtesy bus can be arranged to a number of the nearby resorts. There are walking tracks for the fitness freaks and plenty of beach to cover in a leisurely stroll. Kayak is the funnest form of transport for us locals! Oh and you get two of those!
