Cozy & clean room in quiet Beaverton neighborhood

This is a private room (3rd floor) located in convenient quiet neighborhood with easy access to local areas! Progress Ridge within 1 mile Washington Square less than 4 miles Many vineyards within 5 miles Nike within 5 miles Intel campuses within 10 mile Downtown Portland about 13 miles out + many more places! The private room (1 queen bed) is located on the third floor of our three story home. There will be two flights of stairs. We have three rooms on the third floor. The main room (which my wife and I live in) is on the front side of the house. This private room is on the back side of the house. Your bathroom is located a step away from your room. You will be the only one using this bathroom. The kitchen, dining room and living room are all shared spaces. We have weights, cable machine and some yoga equipment in our garage, if you plan on working out. 1. The house has an open floor plan and the living room, kitchen, hallway, guest bathroom and laundry room are accessible. 2. Guests are welcomed to use the kitchen including the spices under the fair usage rule. My wife and I work from home. I am usually in our home office on the second floor. My wife is in the room next to the the room that you will be staying in. My wife and I live here and will always be available if you need anything. We love interacting with our guests and can be as involved as you'd like us to. Parking in driveway or free on the street 1. Please no shoes in the house 2. Clean after yourself COVID notes: My wife and I are healthcare professionals, who have been fully vaccinated. We are very careful and clean. 1. Please make sure you are COVID negative before you travel 2. If you have not been vaccinated, please wear your mask in common areas and sanitize often 3. When you request - please let us know if you have been vaccinated. We will be wearing our masks in common areas, if you have not been vaccinated.
