Quiet location, access to parks and walking tracks! Guest can use downstairs living area as well as pool, and 2 outdoor alfresco area. No access to upstairs inside area as this is where I live. Guest have access to 3 bedroom downstairs with its own private access. They also have access to pool and 2 outdoor alfresco areas. Upstairs inside is not accessible.
