Private and Peaceful Adelaide 1

You will be comfortable staying here. Walking distance to shops. Very close to the bus stop. Easy to get around Adelaide by bus. Close to Linear Park, it's so beautiful and peaceful to walk along the river and spot Koalas. 1st bedroom - Queen bed, 2nd bedroom - Single bed Third space has a pullout couch with queen mattress and a separate single bed mattress. If you want to book two people but a room each, you must tell me when you book and, book both rooms. Thank you This is a quiet and comfortable place for you to be able to get a good nights sleep after a busy day of exploring. Guests may have access to the kitchen, lounge/TV room, dinning room, outside areas, you have your own bathroom and separate toilet. I provide fresh fruit, tea and coffee with breakfast , shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, bath towels, hand towels and face cloths, and of course linen for the bed. I enjoy interacting with people, however if you like a quiet space, your privacy is respected. You are welcome to ask me about anything you think I may be able to help you with. I would like your time here to be happy and comfortable, so please don't hesitate to talk to me. I really like that the shops are so close, and restaurants and cafes. I also love that it is so close to Linear Park, which is a pathway along the Torrens River that goes through the city and all the way to the beach. Walking around here can be a really nice experience, and that pleasure is heightened when a Koala is sited! There is also a chiropractor and massage therapist very close by, for anyone whom may want that little extra pampering. A shopping centre with many shops and restaurants are a 4 minute walk away. And for those whom enjoy a drink, there is a bottle shop close by and also a couple of pubs with great meals, in walking distance. The bus stop is about 4 minutes walk which will take you to the bus interchange, where you can connect to buses to anywhere in Adelaide, including into the city where you can also catch trains around Adelaide. Adelaide has great public transport. There is a gym only about four minutes walk away if you feel like you need a workout.
