Cosy 2 bedroom pet friendly cottage in a fantastic location 2 mins drive off the M4 and 15 mins from the beautiful coastal town of Porthcawl. 25 mins from both Cardiff and Swansea, the cottage is opposite a lovely pub and excellent restaurant. There's also a designer retail outlet 1 mile away with approx 40 stores, a walker & cyclists paradise with nearby moutain walks and cycling paths and Bryngarw Country Park a short walk away and the cycle path begins approx 1 mile away. Superfast broadband A charming little character cottage. Upstairs: 1 double bedroom and a small single room. Downstairs: The living room with original beams gives a lovely cosy feel with an electric log burner for cosy winter evenings. There is no garden at the cottage but it has a very small space at the entrance just big enough for a garden bench. Car parking is directly outside. strictly one parking space only. The property and area is perfect for anyone including guests looking for a short break, contractors, or anyone needing a longer stay up to a month for any reason. Please note, the cottage is opposite a pub so, when live music begins there can be some noise once a week. The cottage is just set back off the main road so there is traffic noise. It ideally fits 3 people and I provide a double and single bedding set with each booking. A 4th person is welcome to stay as long as happy to use the camp bed and bring their own bedding set. Parking for one directly opposite the cottage.. I am not in the property but live just a 2 mins drive away if needed. Bryncethin is a popular village due to it's accessibility to the M4 and central position in the county. In one direction you have the drive to the motorway and designer outlet and the other direction are mountains and walks. It's also only a 15 min drive away to the popular holiday resort of Porthcawl. The cottage is set back off the main road opposite an excellent restaurant/bar. There is a parking space at the property.. Another car can park just across the road. There is a bus stop just 2 minutes walk away with buses running approx every 20 mins. Arrival is 2.30pm Departure is 10am if leaving on a Monday or Friday 10.30 departure on any other day. One night stays are available during mid week stays however guests must bring own bedding. Please note, guests must bring their own towels as they are not provided.
