Studio - Room with a included bathroom (shower & toilet), a little kitchen, telly and WiFi. Cosy terrace which is shared by all residents. The property is located in a rural environment, 5 minutes away from the motorway A6, 10 minutes from the Thun centre and 25 minutes away from Bern. The location is a good starting point to visit the Bernese Alps or the Emmental. Quiet open studio - room with a little kitchen and a dining area. Included bathroom with toilet, sink and shower as well as a 3kg washing machine. Sunny seating area in front of the house and a lawn seating area with pool and smoker grill behind the house. The studio room has its own access and is directly accessible from the parking lot. Generally do we prefer to welcome our guests personally. But we have also a key box with code for a self check-in. Depending on the demand or the situation that a personal welcome not will be possible, will we communicate the circumstances and the code for the key box in advance of the arrival. Common excursions are to be agreed according to desire and possibilities. The nearest train station with regional connections to Thun and Bern is in Uttigen. This is 4 km (4min by car or 30min by walking) from the property. Arrival times after 20.00 on request.
