Cosy Cottage on Organic Dairy Farm

A cosy, well-equipped two bedroom cottage sleeping up to 4 guests & a baby, ideal for a small family or a couple. Peacefully situated on our family run organic dairy farm & sitting high above the Culm Valley it has stunning views of our farm and the surrounding countryside. There is a play area with swings, a slide & trampoline, friendly goats, chickens & ponies. An ideal base for exploring the beautiful North & South coast, Dartmoor & Exmoor National Parks. Exeter 10 miles. Free Wi-Fi This colourful cottage has one double bedroom with a comfy king-size bed and a bedroom with a full-size bunk bed. Both have lovely views over the Culm Valley. Organic bedlinen, cosy feather duvets & organic hand & bath towels included The bathroom has a washbasin & toilet, bath and over bath power shower. On the ground floor there is a cosy sitting room with flatscreen TV, DVD player & DVD's. The well equipped kitchen/diner has an electric oven, microwave, dishwasher & washer drier & fridge freezer, The cottage is centrally heated throughout. There is a small secluded garden at the rear of the cottage with table & chairs. There is plenty of space to park in front of the cottage. Guests have sole access to the cottage & its' garden. There is a shared play area with a climbing frame, swings, Wendy house & trampoline. I live on site and am very happy to advise on places to walk, visit & eat etc & help guests get the best out of their stay. Our family run organic farm is situated 1 mile between the towns Bradninch & Cullompton. You will find us in a very peaceful location surrounded by fields and overlooking the beautiful Devon countryside. We are in the perfect place for visiting both Dartmoor & Exmoor National Parks & the stunning world heritage Jurassic coastline. They are all within an hours drive. Our nearest sandy beach at Exmouth is only 40 minutes away. The cottage is situated 1.25 miles from the nearest bus route. Ample parking onsite
