Darwin beach house - one bedroom apartment

Wake up refreshed in this spacious breezy renovated one bedroom apartment. Have a dip in the tropical garden lined, fresh water swimming pool. Take a walk or ride outside the secure gate through the coastal parkland or along the rapid creek beach. Grab a morning coffee from one of the local cafes or perhaps watch the sunset with a glass of wine or grab a meal from one of the many local pop-up restaurants that setup in the parkland. A 15 min drive to the city. A great base to explore Darwin. A fabulous location in Rapid Creek/Nightcliff, you're across the road from a grassy reserve and Casuarina Beach where you can stroll along the coastal walking/cycle path or walk along the beach and soak up a magical Darwin sunset. The apartment is part of a large elevated tropical style house. You have a fully self-contained apartment downstairs at ground level. You'll have your own separate entrance and can walk out to the shared swimming pool. My husband and I, along with our two children occupy the rest of the house upstairs. You'll have your own private fully equipped kitchen, large bathroom, bedroom and lounge area, and you'll share the pool and the grounds with us when we're around. Shared laundry facilities are also available downstairs. The apartment has one bedroom with a queen size bed and walk-in-wardrobe . The living room with a sofa and large TV opens onto a paved courtyard and the swimming pool. The bathroom is spacious with a modern walk-in shower and rain shower-head. Shampoo/conditioner and body wash will be supplied. - Bed room with a queen size bed, 100% cotton mattress protector and linen. - Lounge room with large TV. - Bathroom with shower, towels, shampoo, conditioner and body wash supplied. - Fully equipped kitchen with cooktop, microwave, toaster and kettle. - Laundry with washer, washing powder, iron and iron board available. - Freshwater swimming pool - Off street carpark (not undercover) We live in the upstairs section of the house with our two kidlets who are 4 and 7 years old - and the apartment you are renting is downstairs with its own private entrance. We're a friendly family and look forward to meeting with you. The location of the property doesn't get much better than this. Ocean beach, creek and Parkland views from the front gate. Being so close to the beach you stroll along to take in the sunsets. The Nightcliff and Rapid Creek markets are a 10min walk away. There are pop-up restaurants around the coastline and the Beachfront Hotel is a very short stroll away for great cocktails and meals. It's a short 15 minute car ride into the CBD. We're also close to the Nightcliff swimming pool arguably one of the best located public pools in Australia with its panoramic cliff top sea views and a brand new alfresco café next door. Casuarina shopping centre is also only about 10mins drive away so you shop up a storm, or watch the latest movie in air-conditioned comfort. We would recommend having a car in Darwin, however there is a bus stop about 10mins walk away which can take you directly into the city or to Casuarina Shopping Centre. There is space for a car inside the gate - in front of the pool.
