Cottage with parking in Beddgelert - sleeps 8

Newly refurbished house in the beautiful village of Beddgelert. Spacious, 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom house with separate lounge (with sofa bed) and dining rooms. Fast fiber broadband, Netflix, Amazon, Spotify and Xbox Live. Off road parking for 3 cars on site. Beddgelert is the prettiest village in Snowdonia with 4 pubs, 2 restaurants, a cafe as well as an ice cream parlor. The mountains can be accessed from the front door and the beaches of Black Rock Sands and Criccieth are a 20 minute drive away. The house renovation was completed at the beginning of June 21 for my wife and I to live in but I have just been posted overseas to work. Dining room - Table and chairs for 8 people. There's also a 3 seat sofa in the dining room as well for hanging out. Alexa speaker with spotify premium. Living room - Seating for 8 spread across 2x 3 seater sofas and a double sofa bed. UHD TV with Netflix, Amazon and spotify. XBOX with Live subscription. Private, off road parking for up to 3 cars behind the house (not visible from the street and behind a gate). For additional vehicles there is free parking on the main road outside the property, however, this gets very busy at peak times. I have a property manager in the area who will be available should anything be required and nearly always available via phone to assist. Parking in Snowdonia is always tricky in summer months. An early start is required if you wish to park at the Pen Y Pass (I’ve seen it half full at 7am), the Rhyd Ddu car park is much quieter and in my opinion offers a much prettier walk up Snowdon. If you cannot find an official car parking spot then avoid getting fined by parking on the highways. The ticket wardens patrol multiple times a day so be careful. The Sherpa bus service is a good way to get to different parts of snowdonia without having the hassle of parking. They are fully COVID 19 compliant and ensure that your stay is as safe as possible. All surfaces, cupboard contents and soft furnishings are disinfected between stays.
