Red Hill Views, is in a stunning area, located on the escarpment in front of the JOHN FORREST National Park, with a spectacular view overlooking the SWAN VALLEY, Perth and surrounds. This semi-rural location offers the best of both worlds: while only 3 minutes away from nearest Swan Valley attraction, Chapel Farm. Fully self-contained, cosy, but spacious, private and clean, ideal accommodation if you have an event (wedding, birthday etc.) or if you just want to kick up your heels and just relax. The space The three-bedrooms in Red Hill Views comfortably sleep 6 adults, and 2 children (portable single beds available), with Bedroom 1 offering a king bed with walk in wardrobe and a set of draws, Bedroom 2 offering queen bed with wardrobe, Bedroom 3 offering queen bed with wardrobe. Infants under 2 stay free with a portable cot available (located in the master bedroom closet). Mattresses are luxurious, and all bed linen included. There is plenty of room to unpack and stay for a while. The bathroom is separate to the toilet and features a shower and baby/toddler bath, with all bathroom linen also included. We have tank water, so being conservative with your water use is essential when staying here, and is much appreciated. The modern country kitchen is fully-equipped and includes refrigerator/freezer, gas stove, gas oven, dishwasher, double sink, microwave, kettle, coffee plunger, toaster, rice cooker, all crockery (including plastics for the kiddies), cutlery, utensils, pots & pans, bake ware and tea towels. Tea and coffee are provided free of charge, along with spreads (peanut butter, jam), olive oil, salt, pepper. There is also plenty of cupboard space should you be staying at the Cottage for an extended period of time. The dining table comfortably seats six and a highchair is available (located in the pantry). Adjoining the kitchen/meals is a gorgeous cosy lounge room looking out over Perth, the Swan Valley and surrounds. The lounge includes a super comfy suede sofa, wood fireplace (wood provided) for those crisp winter nights (imagine with a glass of locally produced port or wine in hand, next to the looking out at the beautiful sunset with a magnificent view) WIFI, 40" flat-screen TV, Stan is available, cards and board games and a small selection of kids’ books and toys available. For your comfort, the cottage fully-ducted evaporative air conditioning – with air conditioner in Bedroom 1 (to use if the weather is extremely humid). Step outside from the lounge room and enjoy the stunning view, whilst having your morning coffee on the table and chairs provided. Step out the back into your own private fenced backyard set up with an outdoor setting with six chairs. No matter the time of year, the bird watching in this area is amazing and you are guaranteed to see many kangaroos throughout the property during your stay. Red Hill Views is located on the same property as the family residence but is separated from it by a fence, with at least 25 metres separating the 2 houses, you have a completely private and separate entrance, so you are ensured privacy, yet are also easily able to contact the owners for any reason. In fact, Adam and Nichola are happy to meet and greet you on your arrival if you would like them to. If you have any questions during your stay, then feel free to come and ask. There are many other places to visit such as Noble Falls, Bells Rapids Walyunga National Park, including John Forrest National Park only a 30 second walk from your back door step. Perth City Centre (CBD) – 25mins drive. Kings Park - 35mins drive (Website hidden by Airbnb) Fremantle – 50mins drive Sorrento Quay/Hillarys Boat Harbour - 40mins drive. Closest beaches – 35-40mins drive. The Maze/Outback Splash Family Fun Park - 31mins drive. Historical Guildford - 16mins drive. Car is the best mode of transport or if you don't have your own transport an uber/taxi to the bus stop/train or tour bus is definitely possible. Red Hill Views is all about LOCATION.
