Wine & Peach Paradise

Entire home which includes 2 bedrooms upstairs and 1 bedroom downstairs (plus two queens beds in communal rooms + twin cozy nook downstairs). Beautiful 1 bedroom unit in the heart of Colorado’s wine country. HOT TUB for guest use. Queen MEMORY-FOAM mattress in bedroom with comfortable queen futon in other space. Furnished kitchen. Hosts live in upstairs unit, but rental unit is completely separate (separate entrance, parking, kitchen, bathroom, etc.). Easy check-in and check-out. Guests are invited to enjoy all areas (yard, back-yard-patio under deck, and under the carport). Guests are invited to use the hot tub (quiet hours after 10pm), and are simply asked to use all spaces with respect. No smoking inside, but feel free to smoke outdoors on the back patio. Hot tub, yard, kiddie pool, free to use! Garden free for looking but please only pick specified goodies. Orchard is always open for strolling but please respect farmers and only gleen fallen fruit. We are always available to guests for questions or issues. However, otherwise we respect guests’ privacy and have little/no interaction with guests unless. Occasionally we will be working in the yard/garden on weekends where guests are free to interact with or ignore us. :) Maison La Belle Vie Winery/Amy’s Courtyard, Red Fox Winery, 1mile from downtown Palisade (Brewery, Distillery, Dispensary), Palisade Fruit Loop biking route, Talon Winery, St. Kathryn’s Winery. Biking is by FAR the most fun way of getting around Palisade. Rentals are inexpensive from Rapid Creek Cycling or if you BYOB, bikes are very safe at our house.
