Lane Cove, Private self contained apartment

Unfortunately we cannot accept COVID isolation guests. Modern, private, self-contained apartment on the ground floor of our home. Kitchenette and Separate bathroom. Private entrance with parking right at your door. Fantastic location with short walk to a 10 min express bus into the heart of Sydney. 5 min stroll to the local shops featuring supermarkets, cafes, restaurants, local swimming pool and parks. Suitable for a couple/single. Close to North Shore and Mater hospitals. Spacious studio unit with queen size bed, sofa and dining table. Separate brand new bathroom. New kitchenette has fridge, kettle, toaster and microwave. Tea, coffee, jams and milk will be provided. The sofa bed is to be used for only one person as the unit is only suitable for two adults or two adults and a small child/baby. It is not suitable for three adults. It is not suitable for two couples. We have a portable cot available together with a baby bath. If you would like to use the portable cot, please indicate that there are 3 people using the unit. If you would like to use the sofa bed as well as the queen size bed, we will need to charge an extra $15 for linen. For this to happen you will need to indicate in the booking that there are three people (even though there are only 2) so the extra charge is activated. Self contained apartment is available for guests. Private entrance with key lock provided. Great central location, very close to amenities like supermarkets - Aldi, Coles and Woolworths, shops, pharmacies, cafes, restaurants, parks and a local swimming pool. Very close to Lane Cove National Park which provides lovely walking and picnic options. Parking is available for one car on the premises. Numerous bus options to the city and to North Sydney - only a 5 minute walk. Please note this is a non smoking residence so please refrain from smoking when you are either inside or outside of the premises - thanks for your understanding.
