Both these apartments share the same caretaker and the cleaning staff. We also let out the individual 2bhk apartments individually, so this combined listing is only available when both these apartments are available. The floor below has a travel theme and is labelled as more sophisticated by many of our guests. All 4 rooms have huge french windows which breathtaking views of the mountains. The terrace has a sitting arrangement for 4 on the top floor with possible arrangements of a barbecue and a bonfire, the terrace on the floor below has a swing and two foldable chairs. There is an independent staircase to both these apartment units. The unit is enabled with 2 separate living rooms with of which have a 4 G Wifi internet , cable TV , sound system with Aux connectivity with most the HD english and hindi entertainment and sports channels. There are heaters, Hot water bottles and hot running water and other facilities to make your stay as comfortable as possible. We have been covered by magazines like National Geographic, online portals like PopXo and Curly tales as the best weekend getaway property in India. Guests have access to 2 fully functional kitchens. We can also arrange for a cook who can prepare full meals for you basis your particular preference (vegetarian, Jains, non spicy etc) 3 restaurants provide food home delivery as well. Guests will have absolute access to everything in the house. You will be able to use the Living room which is equipped with cozy couches , interesting books and a huge LCD TV. Bring along your favorite movies or seasons on your USB and watch them on the TV. Additionally you will have access to the awesome terrace , the dining space and the kitchen. A lot of guests enjoy cooking a hot meal to enjoy on the terrace and we have a very functional kitchen with electronics like Fridge , Microwave , Induction etc to do just that , additionally if your too lazy to step out , the caretaker can help you with the groceries and the cook can help with meal prep. You can also enjoy cooking on the outdoor barbecue and a bonfire on request. There are a couple of restaurants nearby which offer home delivery above a minimum amount of rs 350 so forget the food blues and enjoy the view. If you have kids or are vegetarian or prefer home cook food for any reason , we can arrange a local cook for around rs 400 per meal, so you can rejuvenate on your travel. If you like photography , you can map star trails in the clear skies and if you like hiking there are a couple of trails to the forest in Mashobra. We can arrange a cab for you on requests :) No surprise policy for additional services - Wood/coal filling ( 300 per filling ) - INR 200 rs per heater per day - Cook can be arranged for INR 300 one meal labour charges only ( upto 4 people, 400 for 6, 500 for 8, 600 for 10 and so on ) - The caretaker can help with the groceries so you dont have to step out for chores (You can tip him if you like) - We provide you two heaters for free and charge for the additional one at the rate of INR 200 a day - Driver boarding charges are 350 rs a day The maid is paid to clean and dust the house only, we request you to clean the utensils as you use. If you need the maid to help you clean , please tip her accordingly. We like being fair and square, no hidden charges ever :) If the staff brings to our attention time taking cleaning chores after you have left, we might request cleaning charges.
