Private retreat within our new home

Enjoy your own private well appointed Queen room and lounge upstairs within our 2016 built luxury home. Continental breakfast & great coffee/tea available upon request. Use of our tennis court and heated swimming pool included. Our family of 4 (40yo female & 47yo male plus 2 young children under 7) live entirely on the ground floor. Unlimited fast wireless internet also included and professional cleaners come fortnightly. Long term stays welcome. We are 150-600m from the bus, Mitcham train station (12mins into Adelaide city) and Mitcham Square (shopping centre). Brownhill Creek also runs through our backyard - it's beautiful! There are 3 bedrooms and a study, a home theatre and separate lounge room all located upstairs. We have 2 permanent guests that live upstairs in 2 of the 3 bedrooms, a professional engaged couple from the UK they have their own bathroom in their room and care for our children on Saturdays and when required. The bathroom pictured is shared with an identical Queen room. Laundry, upstairs bathroom, upstairs lounge, downstairs lounge when not in use (avail most business days other than Fridays as we are at work and children are in care/school). There's an allocated space to store food in the pantry and a guest fridge/freezer available. You are welcome to cook in our kitchen (it's large enough to fit everyone) and use whatever you require eg utensil/appliance/pots/pans/baking/cutlery/plates,bowls etc You are welcome to sit outside under cover, swim in the pool or have a hit of tennis. You are also welcome to feed the ducks from our bridge (bird seed only) We have had a variety of guests for a variety of reasons and love being hosts. You can have as much or as little to do with us, the house is large and everyone is very respectful of one another. We love people and if you want to socialise with us, all you need to do is come downstairs. We (my husband and I) work 6 days a week, there is usually someone home from 5pm onwards Mon-Fri. We like good food/wine/cheese. We often eat all together and take turns cooking. Air B & B guests are welcome to join us. You can have as much or little to do with us as you please. If you want help and advice on sight seeing or commuting we can help you out. It’s a very established and affluent area we live in. Family friendly, low crime area. It has a host of cafes, restaurants and shopping facilities within metres of our home. If you don’t have a car it is very easy to get around. At the end of our street (approx 300m walk), there is a train and several of bus services. The train connects to Adelaide's one and only tram line that takes you down to popular Glenelg Beach. It takes 8-9mins on train to get to the Adelaide Showground, 12mins to city (North Terrace/Adelaide Casino/ Adelaide Convention Centre) where you can catch a tram to the Adelaide Entertainment Centre. Adelaide Zoo is within walking distance from Adelaide Railway Centre also as is the Museum, Art Gallery, State Library and more. Sarah has lived with a Muslim and Hindu family before- we respect all cultures and religions. We also have 1 small to medium outside dog. She is not allowed inside and prefer it to stay that way. Smoking outside is fine but prohibited inside the home.
