Full kitchen facilities available.3 bathrooms one off the main bedroom the other is outside through the second door on the left when viewing the photos, so its under the main roof and the third is in the 1920's property. The property has no street/car noise so no need for ear plugs and is only 4km to the Adelaide Oval. You'll find a magnificent playground, park, oval around the corner. Pet owners in Prospect meet at the oval every morning to give their doggies a run. Pet friendy optional on enquiry only. Additional charges apply The property has 9 beds and fold out single couch and a cane wicker day bed and a fold out bed if required. at one house keys are left out for your arrival at the other its a code to get in I am always available to help out with inquiries or if anything. Prospect Gallery is known for its contemporary art shows, which include photo and video exhibits, while vibrant murals and eye-catching sculptures are scattered around the neighbourhood. Walk to the end of the street and a bus runs by every 10 min on a direct route to the city. Beautiful quiet upmarket area of Adelaide 10 min to the city straight down prospect road. Again you can only access each others house via the footpath You will have three bathrooms one runs off the main bedroom one is outside and the other is off the lounge room and is equip with a bath. The property has 2 washing machines one at each house. Each property is fully equip with all the essentials for cooking. Both properties are lovely its just a matter of the old verses the new.
