This beautiful studio is located in the garden of my property down a path at the side of the main house. It is fully self-contained, newly renovated and fully furnished with a large private deck and it's own private garden. The studio is fully insulated, has a split system heater/ air conditioner, TV, good Internet, dining table and stools, comfortable couch, and a super comfortable high quality queen sized bed. It has a kitchenette and separate bathroom. There is plenty of space with an internal area of 27 square metres and a North facing outside deck of 10 square metres. The kitchenette is equipped with a refrigerator, small convection oven, hotplates, microwave, toaster and kettle. The studio has Wi-Fi and TV, split system heating and cooling, a desk for work and a comfortable couch. As well as being only 20 mins from the CBD, I am also 5 minutes from Ivanhoe and 10 minutes from the Austin, Mercy & Warringal Hospitals. Ivanhoe Grammar, IGGS, and Latrobe Uni all within 10 minutes also. There is a seated garden area outside the deck. I work and am quite busy, but I'm mostly around the house after hours, and happy to provide information, maps, or anything else required. Alphington is a leafy and quiet neighbourhood and my street is adjacent to the historic Darebin Parklands. Kookaburras, magpies, currawongs, rainbow lorikeets and owls frequent the backyard as well as the park. It is the perfect place for anyone interested in a quiet space, walking, jogging, cycling or bird watching. Alphington train station is a pleasant 10 minute walk away, then it is 18 minutes to get to the CBD and 2 minutes to Ivanhoe. There is also a bus 2 minutes away at the end of the street, others on Darebin Road, and bike and walking tracks to the city and along the Yarra river within minutes of the house. My street is wide and leafy with plenty of parking available.
