RV in Garden; Hot Tub/Sauna, Stunning Speyside…

A unique opportunity to stay in an American RV which sleeps up to 6 people. (Not house) There is also accommodation for a further 4 with a double bed in the summer house and a king size bed in the gym/movie room. Guests will have the exclusive use of the RV, summer house, gym/movie room, utility/shower room, hot tub, sauna, steam pod, plunge barrel, trampoline and the majority of the garden which includes outdoor dining, seating areas, bbq, fire pit & more. Family pets are more than welcome! The American RV can accommodate 6 guests in total, it boasts a king size bed in a separate bedroom as well as an electric king size couch bed, and a dining table which converts into a small double bed within the main reception area of the RV. Also within the RV is a small bathtub/shower room, a kitchen with gas hobs, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. TV in lounge with Amazon fire stick & DVD player and open plan lounge which comfortably seats 10 guests. (Guests do not stay in house.) The summer house has a small double sofa bed which sleeps two, a blow up mattress, a tv, a mini fridge, a wardrobe, heater, electric fan and seating. (Bathroom and coffee facilities located in utility room at back of house.) The gym/movie room has a day bed that converts into a king size bed for two, a 50 inch tv with surround sound, a multi gym, a treadmill, a cycling machine, a vibration plate, a large fridge, heater, electric fan and plenty storage. ( Bathroom and coffee facilities located in utility room at back of house.) The utility room (back of hosts house) will be exclusively for guests and includes the use of washing machine and tumble dryer, worktop with sink, tea & coffee making facilities, ironing facilities, hairdryer and the adjoining shower room has a lovely hot shower, toilet and wash hand basin. The garden includes a sauna room, a hot tub hut, steam pod, plunge barrel, trampoline and plenty areas for chilling out or dining. There is also a gas bbq & fire pit for guests to enjoy. The RV, summer house, gym/movie room & utility room all have door locks for guests to keep their property secure when out enjoying the local amenities. Guests have exclusive use of the RV, the summer house, the gym/movie room, the utility/shower room, the hot tub, the sauna, the steam pod, the plunge barrel, the trampoline, the patio, the outdoor seating areas, the majority of the garden and all facilities listed. (Guests do not access the house, other than the utility room at the back.) The hosts will be living in the house and available to guests the majority of the time. Should the hosts not be at home, there is a camera doorbell within the utility room for guests to make contact with the hosts any time. We are located in the heart of Speyside on the famous Whisky Trail. Being located on Leslie Terrace, we have wonderful views from the garden and we’re within walking distance to the historic Telford bridge, the river Spey, the Speyside way, Aberlour and Dufftown. Within Craigellachie are 3 local bars, 2 of which serve wonderful meals and are all well worth a visit. There is also a filling station/convenience store, a hairdressers (appointment only) and a women’s clothing shop and the nearby towns of Aberlour and Dufftown have many more shops, restaurants & bars to explore. Elgin is approximately 12 miles away and has various supermarkets, retail parks, leisure facilities and much more. Being in the heart of Speyside there are numerous whisky distilleries which allow visitors including Macallan (2 miles) Glenfiddich (4 miles) & Balvenie (3miles). There are also local castles to explore, fishing, water sports & some lovely walks nearby to enjoy. Craigellachie has a regular bus service to Aberlour, Dufftown & Elgin where there’s a bus & train station for those who wish to explore further afield. There are also local taxi’s available for those wishing to travel out with the bus service hours. The hosts do have 3 dogs; Snap, Yankee & Flint who will have the use of the front garden & they’re more than happy to share their love with guests and their pets.
