Work at home with Fast WI-Fi, vacation in NYC and Jersey Shore. Baltusrol top quiet neighborhood, single family home w/ private fenced in yard, furnished deck, gardens, fireplace and driveway parking. Private bedroom w/ TV, adjacent office w/desk and Airon chair, and private bath SUITE. Near Overlook and St.Barnabas Hospitals/Major Highways and Corporations and transportation. Prefer long term stays. Covid Vaccination required! Summit & Short Hills downtowns-great eating and shopping. Top of the hill, peaceful, totally private yard and deck, plenty of parking (driveway and street). Near many restaurants ranging from fast food (all of them!) to fine dining and steak joints. Great international choices as well. I have a collection of menus. In addition to your private bedroom w/bathroom and adjacent office suite, you are welcome to use fully stocked kitchen to cook or store food, and the casual living room with wood burning fireplace and large screen tv with cable and streaming capabilities. There is a powder room on 1st floor. Deck with wonderful view in all directions and furniture as well. I will usually be around and will be as available as my schedule allows. I may be available to socialize, bike ride (I have an extra), hike (gorgeous reservation nearby) I have been here for almost 20 years and have wonderful relationships with all my immediate neighbors. Everyone is friendly but keep to themselves and are tidy and considerate. It's quiet, but for lawnmowers and is very centrally located. You can tell my neighbors take pride in their great homes. I am a $5 lyft ride to a major train station direct to NYC and points in NJ. Closer to bus station. I have a very sweet and popular medium sized dog, picture is there. Children are not an option for that reason.
