The entrance hall together with the kitchen and the living/dining room form the widest division of the house, which also has an extensive balcony with two fronts. The kitchen is equipped with state-of-the-art appliances, which include a fridge, a range (stove + oven), a microwave, a dishwasher and all the basic kitchen utensils that you need in order to prepare your own meals. In the living/dining room you will find a single sofa bed, an armchair, a flat-screen TV and a dining table for 6 people. All the three bedrooms are equipped with wardrobes and double beds with orthopedic mattresses for the best comfort. The main bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower and a hairdryer. The house also a second toilet and a small laundry room with a washing machine, iron and ironing board. A closed garage for one car and well as a parking space in front of the building are available if you have a car. The apartment is entirely an exclusively available for the guests. We strongly recommend you to have a car if you planning to visit the surroundings. The city of Porto is sensibly 30km away (aprox. 30min driving if you take the A32 motorway). The thermal baths of Caldas de São Jorge are 1 km away (aprox. 15 minutes by foot). Since the apartment has a closed garage and car parking in front of the building, you can park the car without complications. Smoking is only allowed on the balcony.
