Cambridge on Ovens - Bedroom 1

My home, in the Cambridge Estate, is in a peaceful area overlooking the Oven River. Bedroom 1, is one of three available which may be suitable for friends traveling together. There is a guest lounge, bathroom and powder room. Requests for one room only, will be advised if another person/couple will also be in residence. My house is 3.9 km from the main street and close to the Indoor Sports & Aquatic Centre and Football Grounds. All can be a short drive or a lovely walk/bike ride via walking (Website hidden by Airbnb) garden is pocket size, but there is a large expanse of mown grass to the river which leads to bush walks along the Ovens River, beaches & good fishing spots. There are 3 bedrooms available with Queen beds, also a mattress for the floor if required. The main bathroom, consists of separate toilet, powder room & bath/shower room. There is sole use of the second lounge room. The kitchen & laundry is shared by my small household. I like meeting new people & like socializing if you do! Quiet country newish estate backing onto the Ovens River There is a bus into town within walking distance on weekdays. We are 3.9 kms from the railway station & bus depot. There are walking tracks along the river which go behind the sporting grounds to the main street and through the Northern Beaches Reserve The Bird life is interesting and the ducks visit.
