The Leisure Barn, Sleeps 32, a converted cow shed with five geodesic domes with ensuite showers & WC's. Three extra bedrooms on first floor. A large astro turf games area all under one roof with table tennis pool and badminton all available along with other lawn games, boules, jenga, frisbies etc. An array of scooters makes getting around the barn much more fun. If your looking for something different, look no further. Great for families & friends. Create your own unique party space. We believe The Leisure Barn is quite unique and your stay here will be unlike any other. Spend too much time in The Leisure Barn and you'll lose a little sense of reality and not want to leave for the greater outdoors We have lots of games available on site. Badminton, Pool, Table tennis. Along with lots of lawn game, Dominoes, Jenga, Boules, Fisbies etc. There is a large eight seater Jacuzzi at the end of The Barn which can be made available as a chargable extra. Along with Dance pole and Karaoke. The Astroturf area is NOT heated but all other living rooms have heating, Pods, Bedrooms, Kitchen, Lounge & Dining room. We have a large lawn area just outside for Firepits and BBQ's. For those wishing to explore the area ther are plenty of sites worth a visit, Hartland point and quay, Clovelly, Westward Ho!, Instowe, Appledore and miles of coastline to tramp. The Leisure Barn is approx 7500 sq m total covered space but the barn is located on a farm with plenty of access to fields and country lanes to walk. As we are quite remote it is recommended that cars are by far the best way to explore the area... and there is plenty to expore! We are here on site, not to be in your face but always at hand to offer help when needed. Always willing to offer advice if looking to fill your day doing what you like to do best. One of the best assets of The Leisure Barn is it's remoteness. We are your only neighbours so please feel free to party as long as you like. We're not likely to complain, at least we'll know your having a good time. The only thing we would ask. As the evening turns to night, that the party moves inside as we do have some holiday homes nearby that we would prefer not to disturb. We have parking for up to eight vehicles or more if needed. Public transport is a little limited and the only option is by bus from our local village a mile away. Services only run 4 or 5 times a day and only run to Bideford 8 miles from here. Although we do supply bedding and a limited number of toilet rolls we do NOT supply towels or soap as the listing might suggest. We also supply a few essentials in the kitchen, such as washing up liquid, tea towels, a few dish washer tablets and oven gloves. OUR CHARGES ARE BASED ON GROUP SIZE.
