Fully air conditioned. Very comfortable Queen bed and TV lounge. Own very attractive bathroom/shower and separate toilet. Sometimes shared if other Airbnb room is occupied but this is rare. Enjoy the peace and quiet of the Brassall bush land where the kookaburras laugh. So much space and many ways to relax and enjoy a home away from home. Access to kitchen on request. Access to a stunning resort-style pool area to relax and cool off, or enjoy the view of the bush. We do also have another queen bedroom to let, which you can book separately if required. You are welcome to use the kitchen for any cooking that you might want to do. There is a separate fridge available for Airbnb guests. Filter water available on tap. Wheelchair access to front and back entrances. We are very casual and relaxed, and enjoy meeting new people. On-site parking. Fantastic cycle or walking track along the back of the property. My husband Alan, who is a quadriplegic, is always available to help out or interact as much as you would like, and his support workers are always around to attend to any of your needs. I’m always accessible by mobile or email. Very quiet and peaceful but 2 minutes from the Brassall shopping Centre, and 5 mins drive from the Ipswich CBD. Close to bus stop. Riverlink shopping Centre is also fairly close, with a range of shops and cinemas. It is in the suburbs so having a car is very helpful. There is a bus that goes to the CBD and a train station in Ipswich which goes to the city. Cabs and Uber are also available. Having your own car is most suitable. No smoking allowed inside the house. We do have 1 cat and a Toy poodle. Ramps on front and patio doors.
