Two bedrooms in Swiss house (B&B)

One or two rooms in traditional Swiss house in the heart of Sutz with breakfast (kitchen not available for cooking). Sutz is a peaceful village in between lake and forest. Parking is available or train station is 5 minutes walk. I am renting two bedrooms in my house with one full private washroom. One of the bedrooms has a queen size bed and cable TV, perfect for a couple. The other room has two single beds, perfect for kids or friends. Free parking, free internet, shared living room, huge backyard with fruit trees. I will prepare you a typical Swiss breakfast every morning! Additionally since I am a spanish teacher, there is a possibility to book lessons with me. Sutz is a traditional Swiss village close to the city of Biel where you can take trains everywhere. It is located at the lake of Biel, you have access to several beaches within five minute walk from the house. Everything is a five minute walk from the house: Train Station, lake, forrest. Bern is 25 minutes by car. The most beautiful Swiss Alps, the Bernese Alps are one hour away.
