Beautiful house- breath taking view

A beautiful stone-house built in 1887 fully renovated, 90 square meters (3 bedrooms, open space kitchen, modern cabinets, large living/dining room, 1 WC), breath-taking view in the Aegean sea from its 2 balconies, 1 km from the beach, in a beautiful village (SINETI) in the island of Andros. Ideal village for romantic walks, swimming, hiking. Peace and beauty characterise the house and the ancient village of Sineti. Andros is connected with most islands of the Cyclades up to Crete. It is fully furnished, it can accommodate 4-5 people. It is in 2 levels (1 bedroom with 2 single beds downstairs; kitchen, big dining room, 1 WC in the mid-level with 3 sleeping couches; and a master bedroom on the loft). The view from the balconies is breath-taking. The house is full of light and from its windows you you enjoy the view of the village, the mountain and the sea. Full-moons in the summer nights is an experience in this house. When you get off the boat, you will drive towards Andros (Chora) , there is only one road.....you will keep following the road, in about 50 minutes you will see 2 gas stations to your left/right and a few metres later (BEFORE the hotel Paradisos) you will see at your right a sign "KORTHI, SINETI" and you turn right. You follow this road and in 7 kms you will see a sign called SINETI (ΣΥΝΕΤΙ) , in a few meters you bare to you LEFT and you enter the village. In 200 meters you will see cars parked, and you park also. We will meet you there (please call me as you approach the village) . (Cars do not enter into the village , you will need to walk for 100 meters). The house is totally independent. (COVID Vaccination certificates are required and need to be demonstrated upon arrival - Thank you for your understanding) No interaction with guest. Beautiful, traditional, ancient village with ancient stone paved small streets and beautiful traditional cafe (with wifi) where you can enjoy Greek coffee under the trees. The beach close by is one of the most beautiful in the island. White washed traditional, renovated houses compose this beautiful village with nice quiet people. Cars are not allowed inside the village, the house is 100meters from the entrance of the village, where you live your car. . You can enjoy walking the small stone-paved streets of the village; hiking in the well known ancient pathways. You can call a taxi to go to the capital (Andros). It costs 12-15 euros. There is a bus from the village to the capital once a day. Personal vehicle is desired in order to visit the numerous villages, beaches of this beautiful island. Although the restaurants are very good in Andros, here is my own preference list: Close by: 1) Strofi (Livadia) 2) Gyalia (in the beach of Gialia) 2) Barbarola (above the Gialia beach) 3) Asimolofka (in the village of Ipsilou ) 4) Parianos in (Sarizas' main square) 5) Skalakia (Hora-Andros) 7) Parea (Hora-Andros, for lunch) 8) Menites (the second restaurant after the water founders-for lunch) Further out towards Gavrio: 1) Kria Vrisi (above Katakilos in the village of Kria vrisi) 2) Gosis ( above Gavrio) It is 7 kms away from the capital (Andros) where you can enjoy its well known museums, exhibitions from local artists, cafes and restaurants. The village of Sineti is small, very traditional, beautiful village with a traditional kafenio (with wifi) that you can drink quietly your greek coffee under the trees and enjoy the scenery and peace. Sineti beach is among the most beautiful beaches and an ideal place for hiking and lazy walks. The house is fully equipped with silverware, pots, pans, linen, towels, detergents, shampoo and necessary cooking ingredients (pasta, tomato sauces, salts/pepper/...etc).
