Rustic country cabin in the woods

Delightful rustic cabin situated on a one acre property conveniently located close to major amenities such as Orion shopping complex; Robelle parklands and lagoon; train stations; motorways - yet surrounded by serenity -with abundant trees, bird life and possums. Down the end of the property you can watch horses being fed and ridden. Enjoy the outdoors in the fresh air and sun or in the evening in front of an outdoor wood fire. Unique rustic cabin on one acre surrounded by trees and bird life ; close to all amenities such as shopping, cafe, supermarket, bread shop, bottle shop, laundromat, fuel and public transport - yet quiet and country like. Cabin is self contained and separate from the main house area. Parking is in the shed on the right side of the driveway. A kitchenette with kettle, toaster, microwave, hot plate, fridge, outdoor gas cooker, cutlery , crockery, utensils, pots and frypan. Hot water is heated by gas - please let us know if you run out of hot water and we will change the gas cylinder over for you. Own toilet and bathroom. The bathroom light (hanging beside the mirror) - the switch is on top of the light frame. Basic items including coffee, teabags, sugar, small milk, salt and pepper provided. Queen bed, 2 seater sofa, TV and small selection DVDs; high chair if required, table and chairs x 2 , wardrobe/ mirror. Heater and hot water bottle available in winter; fan and air conditioner for summer. Make yourself comfortable in the cabin and the immediate area / garden areas around cabin. Enjoy your space with minimal interaction from owners ; communicate via txt, phone or email Stay down a country lane and experience waking to birdsong, yet enjoy the facilities close by such as :- Windy cafe, Macca’s hot bread shop, Caltex, Camira pharmacy, Bottle shop, Big Pappa’s pizza - all a few minutes up Old Logan road. Brand new McDonald’s;Springfield Fair ; Coles, butcher, Bottle O, Discount Chemist pharmacy, Fish and chip shop, Indian takeaway, Medical centre, news agency etc - about 3.5km up Old Logan road. Orion shopping centre and Redbank plaza - both large shopping centres with Woolworths, Coles, Aldi and other shopping and restaurants. Movie theatres at both. Orion hotel, Springlake Hotel and Springfield Hotel - for drinks/ music / nightlife. Robelle parklands- walking, picnics, cafes, markets and events Orion lagoon- large swimming pools/ recreation area Springfield lake - to walk around and lovely cafe, Regatta Lake for kayaking Close to Ipswich motorway, 5min away. Visit Queens Park Ipswich - lovely restaurant/ cafe, small animal park Drive to Fernvale bakery for their delicious pies and bakery, visit the Wivenhoe dam area, Boonah and the lovely countryside The list is endless ... :)) Use your car to get around - shops and take- away food close by; Uber Trains available from Springfield, Orion or Goodna Come to relax and enjoy the country atmosphere. We don’t provide Wifi. Feel free to bring your own portable wifi - good coverage. We are dog friendly with a few ‘rules’ ! Please keep the dog off the furniture; Please clean up after your dog ; Dog must have own bedding ; The cabin incorporates a fenced off enclosure for your pet. At all times dogs remain the FULL responsibility of the owner.
