120 YEAR OLD SANDSTONE COTTAGE SELF CONTAINED

Go back to yesteryears in my Cobblestone Cottage - The cottage is a separate house from mine so you have total privacy. - Cozy fireplace for winter - Extra large bathroom with a clawfoot bath - Fully equipped kitchen - All linen provided - Wrap around verandah for summer with an extra outdoor bath to relax under the stars. - Play a game of outdoor chess. - Fresh eggs every morning as we have two hens that lay every day - Shops are 5 mins away - Train station is 7 mins away. And lots more My cottage has a real homely feeling about it, with beautiful gardens, very private with own backyard. My cottage is 120 years old, so to keep it beautiful it needs respect back. - Main bedroom has a king bed - Second room has a double bed with single as a bunk bed on the top. And a trundle underneath - Third room has a single bed.( The bathroom attaches to this room) - Living room has 2 sofas that pull out to be double beds. - Washing machine - Wifi - I am on a main road right across from a bus stop ( if you are a sensitive sleeper i have ear plugs lol) Weddings - If you are staying in the cottage the night before your wedding and the next day getting ready for your wedding there will be a one off extra charge of $200 due to extra people coming to cottage eg: photographer, make up , hair, etc so please let me know prior to booking and these extra fees will be paid upon arrival. On the day with photos NO furniture is aloud to be moved whatsoever (this is a strict rule)And the cleaning fee will also go up to $150 instead of $100 and all rubbish must be take with you after your stay. so please send me a message so I can have an invoice for you to pay upon arrival. -Transport is excellent, I live on a main road so the bus stop is right out the front of the cottage and 5 mins away from major shopping centre( CASTLE TOWERS) -Dogs- also happy for them to stay as long as they are toilet trained, I have 4 dogs on my property but we have a fence to divide them. The cottage is a house on its own separate to mine. You have your own front door and own backyard. You have two parking spots in front of the cottage. If you need extra we will work something out not a problem. I will interact with guest if they would like me to, if they see me in the car pork but i also understand that some guest like there privacy. I moved here because it is very safe, I have great neighbours, 5 mins to shops and only 45 mins to cbd Getting around is great at my cottage,as i do live on a main rd there bus stop right outside your front door which will take you to the major shopping center 10mins away or right into the city.
