Perryhill Farm Cottage is a single storey cottage on a small farm with sheep, chickens, geese, ducks and ponies. The 2 bed roomed cottage is fully equipped with all modern conveniences to make your stay enjoyable eg washing machine, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, electric cooker, logburner, tv and full central heating throughout. Outside it has its own sunny patio and plenty of private parking. The cottage is situated in the beautiful Coly valley, which is a hidden valley equal distance from the market town of Honiton, the regency town of Sidmouth on the Jurrasic coast as is Seaton, Beer and Branscombe all within a 15 minute drive away. There are plenty of footpaths which criss-cross the valley and beautiful walk along the River Coly. The cottage is fully private with its own front and back doors, with its own sunny patio with picnic table. Guests are welcome to walk around the farm and fields. The cottage is 15 minutes drive from the Jurassic Coast, where you can join the South West Coast Path. There are lots of places to explore with The tram at Colyton/Seaton, Jurassic Centre at Seaton, Beer quarry caves, Donkey sanctuary at Branscombe, the lovely regency town of Sidmouth with the beach as a back drop to name but a few.
