Comfortable home, our 5th year as Air bnb hosts, Bed & Breakfast style, accommodating up to 4 people, 2x Double bedrooms with luxury bedding & towels Private Bathroom, Breakfast inc, all day English tea, Freshly Ground Coffee, Free 5G WI-FI The Beach is a short walk, 15 minutes to Christchurch City and 20 minutes to the Airport. Beautiful surrounding scenery. Baby Cot, high chair, hairdryers, shampoo, beach towels, and most other supplies are here for you to use. Airport pick up if required. This listing is for one or two of our private bedrooms in our home. You have your own bathroom and choice of bedroom. We can accommodate up to 4 of the same group of guests in two rooms. Private entrance. The home is a large warm open plan contemporary home with great water and mountain views. The house is split level and your rooms are in a very private wing of the house with water views. Just a short stroll to the beach track. However, we are very friendly and enjoy a good conversation, a glass of wine and we have a very well equipt kitchen too. And there's always a cheese board available. Our lounge and kitchen with laundry facilities are all available to be used as are the front and back decks to just relax. Just help yourself to tea and coffee. We have the following available; Baby travel cot, high chair, hairdryer, shampoo, conditioner, bath, and beach towels plus any other supplies you may need. We have a saltwater hot tub for our guests. Our guests are welcome to make use of the lounge at anytime, along with the kitchen and laundry facilities and any of the decks to relax on. All out door sitting areas are yours to enjoy. we do have a BBQ too. There are a couple of bicycles and I do have a sea kayak available. We will generally be here to greet you upon arrival and offer you local information on the area with restaurants, maps, etc. We offer a great breakfast with a choice of cereals, fresh bread, fruit, free-range eggs, fresh juices, coffee, and tea. etc. We love Airbnb and are love to travel ourselves. Jackie and I have both lived and worked in London and California. We have earned AirBnB super-host category 5 times! Cass Bay is a relaxed and very friendly neighbourhood. It's Harbour views are spectacular from any view point, with the back drop of the surrounding hills and the water that changes colours as the sun rises and sets. There is a local bus service that will get you into Lyttelton or onto the greater Christchurch area. Along with taxi's, or take the coastal walk into Lyttelton. Well worth doing. Approx 30mins. A choice of great local eateries, and microbrewers. A bus service connects to Lyttelton and on to Christchurch City. Taxis are also available. Perfect location for the Harbour views, and the Peninsular across the Porthills, beautiful water views, great local walks, Kayaking, biking or just relaxing, even a Gondola ride. International Cricket at the Oval in Hagley Park, the Art Gallery, Christchurch's Botanical gardens and much more..
