The Nook is a self contained, studio apartment 5 mins walk from Twyford Station. It has a spacious bed/living room, a small kitchen, bath/shower room and bi-fold doors onto an attractive outdoor space. Extra features: Contactless check-in Additional Sofa bed (small double) Cot, highchair & toys (on request) Table for eating or remote working USB charging station Bluetooth radio alarm clock Driveway parking Tower fan (on request) Shaver Socket Iron and board Games & books (on request) The Nook is located in the converted garage of a bright family home (2 adults, 3 kids), and is attached to the kitchen so there may be a little bit of noise from the main house, but we'll keep this to a minimum and it won't be before 7:30am. The sofa bed is a small double and is perfect for kids. There's freeview TV and an impressive DVD collection (in silver flight case). The designated outdoor space is sectioned off but not separate to the main garden. Unfortunately we can't accept pets, with the exception of guide dogs. Please also keep noise to a respectable level and no parties please. We live in the main house, so someone will be available to assist you most of the time, except during school drop-off and pick-up. Twyford has a good selection of pubs, cafes and restaurants, including some good food delivery services, offering contactless food delivery. There are lots of parks and play parks within walking distance. Wokingham, Henley and Reading are a short train or car drive away and all have great shopping and dining options. 5 minute walk to Twyford station with great links to London Paddington and 10 minute train journeys to both Reading and Henley-on-Thames. We offer a self service breakfast including a range of cereal, toast and preserves, tea and coffee.
