A House with 3 individual apartments and private pool, ideal for families and big companies . can host up to 12 people (6 adults - 6 children or any other mix up to 8 adults) Consisting of 3 individual apartments can host 3 families/couples, will give you privacy while keeping your friends nearby. Each apartment has one bedroom with a big double bed, a living room with up to 2 sofa beds, kitchen and bathroom. In addition, you may enjoy the fresh air, whilst relaxing on the garden around the pool, or on your balcony which overlooks the peaceful countryside . Overall each apartment can comfortably accommodate up to 3 adults, or 2 adults and 2 kids. If you are in the happy occasion to have an infant (1 year old or younger), we will also supply you with a crib at no extra charge (please let us know beforehand). *The apartments can be booked individually upon request. Guests will have full access to the whole ground floor, the pool and the garden. Mrs Elena, the owner of the House, is always available as she lives in the same block and is more than happy to help you with anything you need. Her son Konstantinos, having spent most of his vacation here, can help you (via emails) with useful info for the island. That said, we fully respect your privacy. Located in Marandochori Village, on the main road of Nidri-Vasilliki, 5 km from Vasilliki. Within walking distance you can find a cafe, a supermarket and a grill restaurant. The two closest beaches are Amouso (5km, family beach) and Vasiliki (5km, Well-known windsurf spot!) *We can provide you with more local's tips for the well-known or secret beaches/places to eat & drink according to your style. The property is located 50 km from Aktio Airport and 35 from the capital city, Lefkada. You can use the local bus that passes in front of the house, but in any case you will need a car to visit the beautiful beaches and villages of Lefkada! *You can park the car inside the property. Cleaning Service with new linen and towels is provided every third day. Share with Mrs Elena the proper hrs for that interruption.
