My comfortable private room has everything you need for your trip to the DMV area. The unit comes with a Queen Bed, a work desk & a large closet. During your stay, you also have access to a SmartTV with Netflix, a fan and heater to regulate the temperature, & super fast Wi-fi. We also provide an ironing station, towels & basic toiletries for your convenience. We are proud to offer a clean and peaceful place for you to stay while visiting our city. We offer generous check in and check out times to allow you ample time to get settled in and packed up. This spacious private bedroom is located in the basement of a 2 story family home. Next door, there is a full bathroom that is shared with the neighboring guest. Please try your absolute best to be courteous and keep it clean. There is also a family living in the upstairs part of the house. But no worries you will barely interact with them. There are lots of drawers to store your things While you don't have access to the kitchen the room comes with its own Microwave. We also keep healthy snacks on deck for those random cravings. If you are driving, there are ample free parking spaces right outside. I am only 1 call away from 8a - 10p. Or feel free to text me at any time, I am pretty responsive. We are located smack dab between Washington DC and Baltimore. All the sights and sounds of downtown Silver Spring is also very close by.
