We are a short distance from Sunset Coast Drive which offers easy access to the pristine beaches of Perth's North Coast with stunning views of the Indian Ocean coastline. Mulalloo Beach, North Beach and the Trigg and Scarborough surf breaks offer you a variety of beach experiences. Mindarie Marina and Hillarys Boat Harbour with boardwalk cafes, taverns, restaurants and shops are a short drive along Sunset Coast Drive. Lake Joondalup Shopping Precinct, Joondalup Golf Course, movie theatres, cafes, restaurants and taverns close by. There is a regular Ferry service to Rottnest Island which leaves from Hillarys Boat Harbour. Easy access by train to Perth CBD, and the tourist destinations of Fremantle and Mandurah. A comprehensive training centre is a short distance by public transport. This includes the Police Academy, West Coast College of TAFE and Edith Cowan University. Joondalup Health Campus is close by. We are a 10 minute walk to our local shopping centre which provides a variety of cafes/restaurants and a small Supermarket. Our nearest beach is a 5 minute drive from our home. Joondalup Shopping Precinct is easily accessible by public transport. Public transport is conveniently located, 5 minutes walk from our home. Off street parking is available. If our Guests are staying in the summer season, the Indian Ocean is a haven for swimming, snorkelling and diving in its clear turquoise waters.
