We are in the quiet countryside, in the heart of Emilia, ideally located for visiting the art cities in the region . We have 3 characteristic apartments in the 1800s stone farmhouse and 4 new apartments in the new building. Il Brugnolo is located on a wine, in a typical 1800 farmhouse in stone restored respecting style and original colors The studios are in the new building built on the back of the house and can accommodate up to 4 people, in particular this studio can have a double bed or two single beds plus sofa bed. Also it features an equipped kitchen, linens, TV, air conditioning and heating, bathroom with shower and hairdryer Guests can relax in our large park with gazebo barbecue solarium and tennis table, or take a walk in our vineyards or orchards and let children play in peace in our large park with playground Upon request we provide cot, high chair, stroller, baby bath and in the common room you will find toys and books We live inside the farm, so you will find us always available for every need, info and help of all kinds We are situated in the perfect area for those seeking peace, outside the chaos of the city, but without giving up all the comforts that offers, in fact, the Scandiano town center is only 3 km Inside the apartment you will find tourist brochures of the area and a list of the best local restaurants We recommend you come by car, because in the country there are no public transport We also host groups of people, because we have 7 apartments that can accommodate from 2 to 4 people What is unique about our country is that each apartment provides the necessary privacy, but then you can end up together eating outside in the park, with a barbecue, or in the common room with a fireplace and a long 5 mt table We are in the heart of Emilia, the ideal stop for visiting the many art cities of the region, small villages and castles ,to taste our typical products directly from the production site, we are also only 20 minutes from the car museum of the legendary Ferrari and the thermal baths of Salvarola
