Private house in quiet location, good size garden. Room has ensuite shower & TV. Shops 2 minutes walk. Station 8 minute easy walk away with access to London 30 minutes. A1 motorway, 3 miles. WIFI throughout property and use of guest lounge. I do have a third room. Please note my no kids policy. Warm modern house with plenty of space and lovely garden. High speed wifi throughout. Occasional use of large kitchen, living room and garden Am always available if required, if you want privacy it's yours! the area is very peaceful and has beautiful countryside and walks very nearby. if you need towns there are Letchworth Garden City and Hitchin only 5 miles away which can be accessed by bus and train train station is 8 minute walk but far enough away that you can't hear the trains.From there you have direct access to London City, Surrey and trains now go direct to Gatwick Airport. Easy access to motorway network, nearest, A1M, 3 miles. Various local buses going to Bedford and other towns
