This apartment is metres from train to city which is a 21 min trip to city, (12km from CBD) this apartment features incredible views from bedroom and lounge that must be seen to believed, fully furnished with premium furniture, 65” TV, free wifi, water fridge, washer and dryer. Close to beach and Shops. Access to pool, gym and spa. Secure car park. Spoil yourself! There is guest access to the gymnasium, spa, pool, sauna and steam room for all guests from 6am-10pm each day. Portabello on level 1 overlooking the Port River Marina and dolphins. Great food and views. The new walking trails take you into the iconic Port that thrives on culture with many eateries and Pubs. Walk left off the walking trail and you hit Semahore Road that leads right onto the beach, Cafes, restaurants, shops and atmosphere. The Public train is just down from the apartment and takes you into the city which is perfect for AFL, Cricket and shopping. Their is no access to a laundromat but the apartment comes with a washer and dryer. A clothes horse can be provided on request. Please ensure no washing is hung over balcony as this is a breach of the by-laws. Tenants will be issued with a community key that will give access to fire door on the apartment level. This Community key also gains access to common areas, the recycling Shute and bottle bins down below. Please refrain from putting cardboard, foam and bottles down the garbage Shute. Access card will only give you front foyer access, car park and gymnasium area. I am available via phone and email at all times and very close by for support. My favourite part of this apartment is being able to watch the sunrise through the hills whilst overlooking the city and the water below. Then at night the city lights show a relaxing view. The location, close to one of the more popular beaches and Semaphore Road atmosphere, the culture of the Port precinct and to be able to watch the dolphins through your bedroom windows. The transport is ideal to get into Adelaide Oval in a short time and Adelaide's new pop-up bars. There is a underground secured car park if you wish to drive but with public transport so accessible and the Port, Semaphore Beach in walking distance and designated bike trails it is very convenient. Please respect the other neighbours, it is courtesy to respect the rules that will be provided in the Apartment. Fire alarms are sensitive so have due care when cooking, a fire call out will result in an approximate $800 fine. The place is very secure, any loss of keys, key cards will be need to be invoiced to guest. A keycard is a $115 fee, locksmith to replace cylinder and keys $154 fee and a Community Key is a $20 fee. Any cigarette butts off the balcony will incur a $500 fine. The Complex has CCTV coverage for the safety of all.
