A large down stairs shower room, ideally placed for pre hot tub showers A large open plane living area, a dinning area with a large wood table and a seating area. Which leads into conservatory, then onto a large patio with views over the valley. Plenty of seating and tables for alfresco eating. Your own large hot tub for relaxing, whether under the stars or in the sunny afternoons. Gaer cottage has plenty of off road parking and is up a small country road that leads to 3 farms. Has easy access to the countryside for walking ands is 4.5 miles from Builth Wells and about 8 from Llandrindod wells. We live next door, so are available, if you what anything or a talk Only 4.5 miles from the Royal welsh show ground There is plenty of parking at cottage and in the local towns.
