Garden cottage in the South Downs National Park

Self-contained Garden Cottage nestled in the South Downs National Park. Cosy,clean & comfortable with on-site parking, wifi, microwave, mini-fridge,patio terrace with a coal BBQ & outside seating. Sited within the grounds of our family home Overglen Court built in 1870 & overlooking our garden. Overglen cottage lies just off the South Downs Way & Serpents Trail giving easy access to Chichester, Portsmouth harbour, Guildford & Goodwood. A perfect location to walk, cycle or visit a country pub. You have the entire use of the cottage to relax, watch tv, work, sleep or sit on the terrace and enjoy the view and (hopefully) sunshine. Always a phone call away. However we live in the grounds so can be accessed in person the majority of the time if and when required. We are just off the South Downs Way and Serpents Trail. Durford wood is a 7 minute walk from us and the nearest pub is a 5 minute walk. Hill Brow is a lovely neighbourhood on the border of Hampshire and West Sussex. There are amazing walks and we are a short drive from Petersfield town centre full of restaurants and shops. Perfectly located to the South Downs National Park giving easy access to Chichester, Goodwood Racecourse and should you wish to travel by train, we are a 1 mile from Liss railway station with links to Portsmouth harbour, Southampton, Guildford, London Waterloo. Dogs: We love dogs but do ask they keep their paws on the floors ,not on the bed and that you clean up any dog mess.
