Tranquil contemporary modern house, set high up over Brighton which helps it provide amazing views looking out to the sea. Surrounded by the South Downs and great for countryside walking. Guests have their own double room with a flat screen tv. Plus tea and coffee making facilities. The lounge can be used and would be shared with myself. I have two guest rooms with a shared bathroom for guest use only. The second room is on a separate listing. Guests have access to the garden or the balcony that has panoramic views over the downs. The kitchen is not for guest use unless agreed at the point of booking. I am a sociable person and quite happy to interact with you and have a chat. I am also happy to leave you alone in your own space. Brighton Race course is in walking distance and you can see the horses racing on the track. Easy access to the Amex stadium, 7 mins in the car. The Nuffield private hospital is also a short walking distance. Also it's also great for any potential students visiting Falmer University. A perfect location if your parents are wanting to visit you. which takes 8 mins away by car. There are no parking restrictions here, or there is a bus service across the road that takes you directly into Brighton town centre which is approximately 12 mins on the bus.
