The Eden Reserve is a stylish light-filled villa built on 4 acres of land located just 40km (50 minutes) from Perth. A fully furnished single-storey with a large master ensuite and 3 smaller bedrooms. Spacious shared living space, dining area, kitchen, TV/activity room, study/office and outdoor seating areas and lookout. Suitable for families and groups of up to 8 people. Situated just 15 minutes from the idyllic Swan Valley and 10 minutes from Bell’s Rapids, it is a spacious retreat boasting of its natural surroundings. It is also a home away from home where we hope you find comfort, peace and relaxation in the estate. The villa faces a stunning view of the Perth Hills overlooking Perth CBD in the distance. Wake up early and you might catch a soft fog rolling over the hills, or sip a glass of wine on the outdoor deck for a dramatic sunset performance! Other than being fully furnished, our smaller bedrooms and study/office are fitted out with tables and comfortable seating suitable for reading, writing and journalling.
