Our closest neighbors also live on larger properties or the same size, so there is minimum disruption. Our most frequent guests are the wildlife that stop by from time to time eg, Kangaroo's, Wallaby's and the numerous species of our feather footed friends such as the Black Cockatoo that love to munch on our Banksia's, finches, Parrots, and Wrens to name a few. Kin Kin is a small friendly town, and holds a Market behind the pub on the 1st Sunday of every month, there is also a skate park for the Kids, on the oval behind the Pub. There is no public transportation in this area so your own vehicle is essential if you want to explore. There's 2 dams located on our property so infant's and children must be supervised at all times. Water supply is Tank so we ask guests to be mindful of water use. We have an 14yr old dog called "Bingo" that may visit from time to time, but is very friendly. He loves walks down the road and a swim in the dam, if you need company. A Webber BBQ is available for use.
