Includes washer and dryer, WIFI, and cable. Located close to I-10 and Loop 375. House is just a couple of minutes away from the future AMAZON distribution center. -Master bedroom and bath located on first floor -High Speed WIFI (great for remote work) -Fully functional kitchen Quiet neighborhood we ask you be mindful of the neighbors. We do not offer mail service. You can not receive mail as there is not mailbox associated to this property. We are not liable or responsible for any personal items left behind during your stay. There is a $50 fee on top of the shipping cost for any item that needs to mailed out to you. No smoking inside or outside of the house. Smoking in the house will have an automatic $500 additional cleaning charge. There is a community park a block away from this home. **Garage is inaccessible currently, parking of course is allotted in the driveway and city street.** Note: There is a $100 cleaning fee
