Four Bedrooms, sleeps 16 (1 queen bed & 7 singles upstairs, "each of the 3 bedrooms can be setup as king beds" & can setup extra beds downstairs, 1 bunk with small double on bottom, 2 double futons) Shared area in pool room is one large area, please consider this when booking.
