Pissouri has a unique village square filled with restaurants and bars. It has its own Amphitheater with regular entertainment. It sits approx 3kms from Pissouri Bay where you will find a blue flag beach with life guards on duty throughout the summer. Plenty of sun beds and water sports. And yet more restaurants and bars. Pissouri is 15 mins from Paphos airport and sits 25 mins in either direction from Paphos and Limassol. There are many sights to see in the area including Petra Tou Romiou and Kourion Ancient Amphitheatre. It’s only a 45 min drive to Troodos Mountains and just over an hours drive to the capital Nicosia. It is also a short drive to Aphrodite Hills golf course. Although a car is not essential it would be recommended if you would like to explore more of the island. There is a bus service from the village to the bay and to Paphos and Limassol.
